James “Jimmy” Skipper brings more than 30 years of experience in business development, investment analysis, economic development, and real estate acquisition throughout South Carolina.
As founder of Skipper Properties, Jimmy has spent more than two decades identifying, acquiring, renovating, and marketing residential and commercial properties across the state. His expertise includes foreclosure acquisition, property valuation, due diligence, title review, investor partnerships, renovation oversight, and asset disposition. Through his extensive network of investors, contractors, lenders, and industry professionals, he has successfully sourced and managed real estate opportunities in markets throughout South Carolina.
Prior to launching Skipper Properties, Jimmy served as a Project Manager with the South Carolina Department of Commerce, where he was responsible for recruiting domestic and international companies to locate and expand operations within the state. During his tenure, he successfully recruited more than 70 companies representing approximately $900 million in capital investment, and was recognized as the top producer in the National Sales Division for seven consecutive years. He worked directly with CEOs, CFOs, business owners, and government leaders to evaluate sites, structure incentives, and guide complex development projects from concept to completion.
Jimmy's unique combination of economic development experience, investment expertise, and real estate knowledge allows him to evaluate opportunities from both an investor's and a business owner's perspective. A lifelong South Carolinian, he has built a reputation for integrity, market knowledge, and results-driven leadership.
Mary Anne Eubank combines extensive marketing expertise, entrepreneurial leadership, and hands-on real estate experience to help clients and investors identify opportunities and maximize value.
A graduate of the University of Georgia with a background in marketing, communications, and business development, Mary Anne has spent much of her career helping businesses grow through strategic marketing, brand development, website design, and digital marketing initiatives. As the owner of a marketing consulting company for more than a decade, she worked with businesses across multiple industries to increase visibility, generate leads, and strengthen market positioning.
Mary Anne's real estate experience began in the Atlanta market, where she obtained her real estate license and spent several years working with residential agents while developing and executing marketing campaigns designed to drive sales and client acquisition. This experience provided her with a strong foundation in residential real estate, market analysis, client relations, and transaction management.
Over the past several years, Mary Anne has partnered with Jimmy Skipper in acquiring, renovating, marketing, leasing, and selling residential and commercial properties throughout South Carolina. Her experience spans investment properties, residential homes, commercial assets, rental properties, and redevelopment opportunities. She is actively involved in evaluating acquisitions, coordinating renovations, marketing properties, managing tenant relationships, and developing strategies to maximize property value and return on investment.
A lifelong advocate for education and community involvement, Mary Anne is known for her strong communication skills, relationship-driven approach, and passion for helping others achieve their goals through real estate ownership and investment.
